The Dakshin Budhakhali Improvement Society was founded with the mission to provide food, health, education and hygiene for the welfare of our poor women. Our focus is to create an atmosphere of feel good to the neglected but active women and children in our society. We started our journey in 2005 with the oath of “helping the poor” which is still our foremost aim. With great determination we continue our endeavor to help more and more needy people. Presently our focus is from “helping the poor” to “sustainable development”. We are fortunate to receive whole hearted support from known and unknown sources in our stride for achievement. Several Banks and financial institutions are expressing interest in our activities and with the help of their active support we are assured to scale new heights in Micro Finance activities.

In this connection we are working as Business Correspondent of State Bank of India which is an onerous task to serve the poor and the down-trodden people living in the remotest corner of our Country. We have already achieved opening 32 KIOSK Banking Centers to serve our poor countrymen. Our customer base is presently 22,100.

I heartily convey my thanks to the Bankers, Government Organizations and all supporting agencies who have worked with us in poverty alleviation programs all through the years.
